Honest, local, organic, welcome to Toftegaard Organic! Ditte and Robert run Toftegaard, an organic farm with a strong focus on responsible production and animal welfare. On their land, they produce vegetables according to the season, and their animals have access to large outdoor areas, which gives them the opportunity to exercise natural behavior. Among other things, the Lønnehedegrisen can be highlighted, they are truly pigs with a curl on their tail!
In their fine farm shop you can shop for goods according to the season, here you can buy everything from lamb, pork and eggs to the most delicious vegetables in the local area. Thank you for supporting our local organic farming!

Stenbækgaard is a small and versatile organic certified vegetable farm that aims to make the world a little more colorful.
When Stenbækgaard grows their organic vegetables, they place great emphasis on biodiversity. Fruit trees, shrubs and pastures are integrated into the cultivated area in such a way that the most colorful and diverse habitat is created. The largest selection of fish dishes in the local area – both to-go and to enjoy in the restaurant. The vast majority of the fish that you can get at Hvide Sande Røgeri comes directly from their own fish monger and smokehouse. They buy their fish daily from the fish auction in Hvide Sande and Hanstholm, which they process themselves in the smokehouse.
Bonus: Hvide Sande is worth a visit in itself, and the drive up the narrow land peninsula is really nice!

At Varde Ådal Lam they have a nice self-service farm shop with a wide selection of the farm’s own products and other local specialties. Meat from their own organic lambs, cattle/oxen, pigs, ducks and geese is sold, but there is also organic cheese, wine, honey, ice cream, etc. In addition, you can buy rabbits and game, lambskin, flowers and various specialties such as schnapps, salt, chocolate, jam, etc. The shop is self-service – but Eva is usually nearby and can help with any questions and good ideas for cooking.
